Cruiser Registration

Calling all classic car enthusiasts. Be part of the 22nd Annual Taste of Clarence & Cruise Night on Monday, August 3, 2026, at Clarence Town Park. From 12 PM to 8 PM, the park will be filled with food, live music, vendors, a huge basket raffle, and an incredible lineup of classic cars.

🏁 Registration Details

Pre-registration is recommended for all Classic Cars.

  • General Cruiser Parking: $10

  • Preferred Cruiser Parking: $25
    (LIMITED TO 30 SPOTS) Includes a premium parking location, a Premier Gift Bag with member giveaways, and a sheet of basket raffle tickets.)

Classic Cars may arrive starting at 11 AM on event day.

Please Note

  • Personally owned pop-up tents are not allowed this year to help protect vehicles from damage.

  • All Classic Cars are asked to pre-register.

  • No dogs allowed in Town Park

  • A limited number of spaces may be available on the day of the event.

Vendor Registration

****Showcase your business at the 22nd Annual Taste of Clarence & Cruise Night on Monday, August 3, 2026, at Clarence Town Park. From 12 PM to 8 PM, thousands of attendees will enjoy delicious food, live music, classic cars, shopping, and one of the largest basket raffles in the area.

Vendor Marketplace Details

The Taste’s Marketplace grows every year. In 2026, we are limiting the event to 35 vendor booths, making it a great opportunity for local businesses to stand out and connect with the community.

This event is open to a variety of businesses, including food vendors, artisan makers, service providers, and nonprofits.

Vendor Pricing

  • Chamber Members: $100

  • Non-Members: $125

**All Vendors are required to provide a basket for our raffle valued at $25 or more.

Vendor booths are 10′ x 10′. Vendors must supply their own tent, tables, and display materials. **Electricity not included

Please Note

  • No alcohol vendors are permitted.

  • No dogs allowed in Town Park.

  • Registration is first come, first serve and may sell out quickly.

  • Vendors are responsible for setup, teardown, and cleaning up their area.

  • Vendors are required to provide a certificate of insurance naming both the Town of Clarence and the Clarence Chamber of Commerce. **More information will be provided after registration.
  • Setup begins at 9 AM. All vendors must be fully set up by 11:30 AM.

Restaurant & Food Truck Registration

We are excited to invite you to participate in the 22nd Annual Taste of Clarence and Cruise Night, hosted by the Clarence Chamber of Commerce, on Monday, August 3rd, 2026, at the Clarence Town Park Pavilion, located at 10405 Main Street, Clarence, NY. The event will run from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and we are expecting another fantastic turnout with an exciting lineup of activities.

The Taste of Clarence consistently attracts over 3,000 visitors and features up to 18 local restaurants, a cruise night, a vendor marketplace, a basket raffle, and live entertainment including our second Clarence Idol Singing Competition. It’s a fantastic opportunity to showcase your business to a large and engaged audience.

🏁 Registration Details

Registration Fee:

  • Chamber Members: $400
  • Non-Members: $500
  • EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: Register and pay by May 15 to receive $50 OFF your registration fee!

What is Expected from Participating Restaurants & Food Trucks:

  • RESTAURANTS: A temporary health permit is required, and it is your responsibility to obtain one from the Erie County Health Department.
  • FOOD TRUCKS: You must secure Clarence Town Board Approval to participate, as well as pay the required fee to the Town of Clarence.
  • Pricing: We encourage restaurants and food trucks to sell food items for under $10.
  • Donation: A basket raffle donation valued at $25 is greatly appreciated from all participating vendors.
  • Forfeiture Clause: If you decide not to participate after advertising has gone to print, your registration fee will be non-refundable.
  • Paperwork: Complete all necessary documentation by the requested deadlines.
  • Mandatory Meetings: You must attend ONE of two mandatory Food Vendor Meetings on:
    • July 6 at 2 PM
    • July 9 at 8 AM
  • Guidelines: All vendors must adhere to the event’s guidelines.
  • Logo: Provide a vector SVG/EPS (preferred) or high resolution PNG (with transparent background, if available) electronic copy of your company’s logo.

Please note, the Taste of Clarence has space for only 18 restaurants/food trucks, and last year’s event sold out quickly. To secure your spot, please return your completed application and payment as soon as possible.

What’s Included:

Each participating restaurant and food truck will receive:

  • Two Tables
  • Electricity (1 outlet) Electricity is limited, please look into other forms of heating sources.
  • Refrigeration Locker Space is available.
  • Further details will be provided in a Welcome Packet to registered participants.

Menu Guidelines:

  • No vendor may serve identical menu items.
  • The Taste Food Vendor Committee will make the final decision on menu item duplication.
  • A maximum of two similar items (e.g., pulled pork sliders) will be allowed.

Certificate of Insurance:

All participants must provide a Certificate of Insurance with the following coverage:

  • $1,000,000 Each Occurrence
  • $2,000,000 General Aggregate Coverage
  • The certificate must list Clarence Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Clarence as additional insured for the event.
