Moon Schwartz is a senior at Clarence High School.  Her passion for creativity was a driving force for creating 55 Blossoms, the business she opened at age 10.  The business began small, selling to family and friends, but has grown over the past 6 years.

Moon is currently selling at vendor events around Buffalo, at Uncle Jon’s Place in Batavia, and out of her home in Clarence. She has successfully used social media to expand her business. She has also participated in over 40 vendor events since 2021.

Her long-term aspiration is to peruse an English degree while continuing her passion for community service and volunteering.

Moon was named PTO artist of the Year in 2022 at Clarence Middle School, she has been nominated twice for Young Entrepreneur of the year and was awarded one of the Flora Leamer Grants in 2025.

BestCellar Book Bar is an independent bookstore bar and café. This unique concept affords our customers the opportunity to purchase new books, read a book in private, work remotely, or relax and socialize with friends, all in a subdued environment with drinks and small plate foods.
Our independent bookstore will include bestsellers from many different genres. Our food menu consists of 10 to 15 items and includes baked goods, dips, soups, charcuterie boards, and desserts. We will have 8 craft beers on tap and other beer and non-alcoholic options in cans.
