ID Pilates
ID Pilates is a small woman-owned Pilates studio offering private and small group Pilates Reformer and apparatus classes. At ID, we put the individual first, so you always receive personalized attention and a Pilates-based movement session designed to meet your individual needs and goals. Even in our Small Group Reformer Classes, with no more than 5 people in each class, your instructor will provide individual corrections and modifications so you always get the most from your workout.
Our studio offers private and semi-private Pilates sessions using equipment such as the Pilates Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, TRX, and weights. Our Small Group Classes are Reformer-based, with additional offerings such as the relaxing Release + Restore, Pilates Fundamentals, Mixed Equipment, and Jumpboard for a higher-intensity challenge.
